Staff attempted to charge me extra for wine.

Located right off of the Interstate for an easy get away after a terrible night's stay.

Billed for extras after getting an invoice for $0.00 under the door the day of checkout. BAD POLICY! People hanging out in hallways without being guests. Guests being told to stay in room to avoid confrontation.

The bed was a sleep number bed that made fall asleep quick

The service for breakfast on checkout day was shot with no help.

All fine, but pillows lacking.

The room was as expected, bed comfortable and the price reasonable

The shower curtain/rod needs to be fixed. The shower rod curves out, the tub doesn't, so the curtain won't stay in the tub and the water ends up on the floor. I'm sure you must have your fair share of ceiling leaks from the above floor. Breakfast- The food and variety was good, but the wait staff poor at best. Ordered waffles. Waited a long time (15 min.). Asked the waitress if we have to pick up the order, she said "no", she would get the order. She didn't, so we went up to the window, ordered the waffles she never ordered, then picked up the order ourselves. She never came back to our table and asked if there was anything else. She seemed quite occupied with "other" stuff and , no, there were not a lot of people there having breakfast.

The kids loved the tv in our room with satellite programming that kept them entertained during downtime. The snacks provided. Traveling with a few couples was fun, and everyone enjoyed the pool area.

My children wanted more dining options on-site.

Good breakfast with a wide array of choice. Nice building and rooms with a hot tub. Unbeatable, exceptionally nice location in Kankakee, close enough to major food chains and Walmart.

The 2 waitresses that were there for breakfast! Those 2 were amazing people, especially Diamond!!

We got stuck in the elevator, our faucet for the tub would not switch to a shower, the AC went out, they misled me from their picture on booking that I was getting 2 rooms (they gave me the wrong room), and they charge you an additional $25 dollars a night for incidentals AND $50 for incidentals on top of what you are already paying for the room. Nothing is stated about the additional $25 dollars anywhere at the front desk! It was a horrible experience!

I dug the delicious roasted meats and the friendly vibes at the front desk! Plus, the food at the on-site restaurant was good.

But hold up, the room cleanliness was a letdown. We faced loud parties and unkempt lobby bathrooms that needed attention. Not cool for a comfy stay!

The location of the hotel was good.

I arrived at 0100 AM Wednesday, Dec 24 thinking I had booked a Suite for my family since we were going to be there for 6 days. There were no Suites because they were reserved by a wedding party that was due that weekend. This was told to me by the person on duty. No wedding party showed and the Suites were not used. We asked again and ws told we could not upgrade. I explained to the clerk I was a Hilton Honors Member and a government employee along with a retired military member. At no time was I given any option to contact anyone or had anything explained but nothing was available. I do not know the process but if this is the way guest are treated I may have to fins another hotel chain to stay with. NOT HAPPY

The bed(s) were most comfortable. The bedding a good weight.

Had no dislikes this stay.

Amazing staff made our stay enjoyable, but the hot tub was broken upon arrival.

Property was clean and bed was very comfortable.

No blinds on the windows to close at night and the parking lot lights shined in all night making it hard to sleep.

Bath tub appeared to have mold around the rim. Shower head release for water did not work properly.
